Drivers always added to the same company

For those systems not intergrated with CabManager corrected an issue that would always add new drivers to the same company regardless of which company was selected.

Support for Newer MDVR Hardware

Added enhancements for viewing video files recorded by newer equipment, sharing with 3rd party compatibility and standalone video player support for newer equipment.

Added additional User Permission Granularity

More Video Management user permissions have been added allowing administrators more control of which areas of the program users have permission to. Applies to users with administrative access only.
