Player detection issue

Corrected a Player detection issue in the PlayVideo helper application that is sent along with video files when using the Email to 3rd Party and Burn to CD/DVD features. Although the latest Player would be installed on the receiving user's computer, the helper application would still indicate that it could not locate the player.

Excess Downloads Report

Corrected a problem that would cause the report to display no data.
