Please read the release notes below. If you don't have automatic updates enabled in your settings, you may install this next update by choosing Check for Updates from the Help menu at the top of Video Management.

New Report Permission

Administrators now have the option to limit users from viewing the reports.

Read Only / Playback only Users

If all permissions are removed from a user they can no longer view or play the pending review videos vs. not only not being able to save or delete them. If a user is sent the Video Review Notification email and they select the special Play this Video or Open this Video link, they will be allowed only after logging into Video Management to playback or view the notes and infractions pertaining to that video.

Play / Open Email Video Links

Added an option to Open this Video to the Video Review Notification email. This will bring up the Edit Camera Event screen only. You can then select play from this screen if you wish.

Save Reviewer Report as PDF

When a reviewer saves a video from the pending review screen, an option has been added to their settings where they can now choose to Print the report or save the report as a PDF file. This option to reproduce this report as a PDF has also been added to the Edit Video Event screen.
